Job Description:
1. Provides the technical troubleshooting and leadership skills required to recover from the most complex network problems in real time, directing the activities of technical resources from GCSC, and the vendors to restore service.
2. Responsible for the investigation and mgmt of all follow-up activities needed to determine root cause, identify workarounds, delivery and certification of vendor fixes or design changes, and plan for design redundancy testing within the network.
3. Interface with client's IT organization on a daily basis. Assist in the data gathering for monthly client review of incident and problem management.
4. Provide 24x7 on call support. Be able to work well in a team environment.
5. Strong Data Center architecture knowledge as well as WAN, LAN, WAAS, DDI, and Cisco Voice
